FAMILY REUNION-2009

In July, we had another Holloway Family Reunion in Louisiana. Several family members were unable to attend, so to lift our spirits...we ATE!!! Hopefully, Rachel, Corey, Eli, Corbin, Clayton, Cody, Kyle, Michelle and Malinda won't mind that we ate their fish for them.
Travis and Stewart were proud dads showing off the newest family members. And the boys even had their own chairs!!!

Playing with the babies was the
entertainment this year.
(The boat broke)

The group shot was very small this year.

WATER BABIES

Recently, I was able to swim with both of my grandsons in a gulf, a wadi and
a prairie.
Gulf of Oman, Wadi Shab (Oman) and
GRAND Prairie, Tx, haha.
The bathing suit and hat are the same.
I consider it my international
swim wear line.
Those boys love the water.

CAN I BRAG???

During the last 2 months, we were blessed to have Ryan (& parents) stay with us; first for 2 weeks, then one week. Between those visits I traveled overseas to see Eli (& parents). Here are some of my favorite pics of my precious grandsons.

A WEEKEND WITH RYAN

We enjoyed keeping Ryan this weekend while
Travis and Erin spent the
night in The Woodlands.
I got to try out the new backdrop I made.
This is my favorite picture.

"HELLO COUNTRY BUMPKIN"

Jackie spent most of the last 8 months in Arlington and is somewhat used to "city" life.
Steady on the other hand has a lot to learn. Like...how does this thing work??

BUSTED BUBBLES

We found out that dogs love to eat horse manure!!
Too disgusting for words...so we decided to not let them in the pasture unless we were with them. Bubbles did not like this idea, so she learned how to leap over the fence from the top of her dog house. Even after we moved it away from the fence.

And she is just idiot enough to
come have a mug shot taken afterwards.

HAVE YOU "HERD"

We now own 2 horses and that qualifies as a herd.
Joining Jackie is her VBF...Steady.
( Thanks to Becky and Joel for bringing them down for us.)

And this is how we roll...
they do not like to be separated, so we play follow the leader.

We even ordered a really cool run-in shed for them.
But, they don't seem too impressed with it yet.
So I guess we can use it as our guest house!!

Ya'll come out to see us, ya hear!!
